I make sure we’re working with qualified buyers who are in a strong position to close. From there, I guide you through negotiations to structure the best possible outcome, whether that’s adjusting price, closing costs, timelines, or terms always focused on protecting your goals and maximizing your result.
Step 6: Accept an Offer
Once we’ve agreed on the strongest offer, I review all contract terms in detail to make sure everything is clear and properly structured this includes financing, contingencies, deposit, timelines, inspections, and closing costs. From there, I ensure everything is aligned and move us forward into a clean, organized contract so the transaction can proceed smoothly toward closing.

Step 7: Prepare for Closing
Once your offer is accepted, I stay closely involved to keep everything on track through to closing. This includes coordinating inspections, appraisals, repairs, and making sure each step is handled by the right party. I manage the details, confirm everything is in order with the closing team, and help ensure a smooth, stress-free path to closing day. At the same time, we’ll also align your moving timeline so the transition is seamless.

On closing day, I make sure everything comes together smoothly as ownership officially transfers to the buyer. I’ll coordinate the final paperwork, confirm all details are complete, and handle any last-minute items so there are no surprises. I also help you wrap up the final logistics like utilities and account transfers so you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind, knowing everything has been taken care of properly.
